Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. What was the reason you replace the fuel pump and filter? What testing has been done to determine that there is no or poor fuel pressure? If you have no acceleration beyond an idle, it makes me think that electronic throttle body or throttle position sensors are at issue. But, since the fuel pump has been replaced, you'll want to do a fuel pressure test at the engine with a manual gauge.
