What is your question?
currently, my 2007 Lincoln town car has multiple service lights that appeared after the check suspension light came on on my way back from a road trip. The lights that are own are ABS, Engine, Traction control, engine oil pressure, brake system warning, and battery. The car turns on fine and runs. However the steering seems a little stiff. Another observation is that the Speed meters doesn't work it stay at zero, the tachometer also does not move when I step on the gas. I drove it 3 minutes to an auto zone to replace the battery as attempt to fix the problem. I replaced it and the lights on the dash remained on. They tried to connect a OBD scanner the reading was fail, the scanner was connected to another car it worked fine. I checked all the fuses and replaced one. All others are working. The motor in the air suspension seems to be running more frequently than usual, but the suspension works. I am not sure what is causing this issue any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Multiple warning lights that do not appear to be associated with each other usually appear due to low system voltage. I cannot say this is for sure, but it's consistent with your symptoms. Although you've replaced your battery, I would suggest a charging system diagnosis to measure the alternator output in amperage and voltage. Also, it's kind of obvious, but make sure your serpentine belt is attached and present, able to drive all the pulleys - not slipping - including the alternator and power steering pump! I would definitely suggest enlisting a local expert near you to assist. My gut is that there is more than one fault; one to do with electrical power and another to do with the suspension. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
