Car won't start but electronics work

What is your question?

Car has been sitting for about 3 weeks and when I try to start it, the electronics light up but there is no cranking sound or attempt to start. Same when we had hooked the battery up another car to try and jump it and it would not jump. Terminals only slightly corroded.

Hello, it's very possible for the 12 volts of reference voltage to be enough to power low powered lighted devices in the vehicle, but yet not have enough amperage to crank over the starter motor and engine. Have the battery checked first for state of charge and the ability to sustain a load.
