What is your question?
I have been to two repair shops and one glass shop and the only clear answer I got was that it was not a glass seal problem. I cannot see the water coming in while raining but it is somewhere behind glove box. I have removed the plastic part just below windshield and under back edge of hood and cleaned area. has anyone had this problem that can help me.

Hello. It's a couple of years after your post but I will answer anyway! We had this problem and it turns out according to my internet search this is a common problem with 2002 Town Cars. Beneath the passenger side windshield wiper there is an air intake grill. If you take the grill off, you will see the air intake for the ventilation system. The problem is the gasket around the air intake. Water is leaking thru this gasket and getting sucked into the car, and it runs down behind the carpet on the passenger side. If you pull the carpet back on the passenger side in the front seat you may see the water dripping out of the vent. After you remove the grill, remove the plastic panel around the air intake and clean out the old foam gasket underneath it. Then replace it with a new gasket from Ford, or else apply a thick bead of RTV silicone caulk or similar sealant all the way around. Then replace the panel and make sure the caulk seals all the way around. Replace the grill on the top and you are done.
