Blower wount turn off

What is your question?

I got a 2001 Lincoln Town Car the blower will not turn off after I insert the key and turn to the on position the blower will automatically start blowing even if the AC controls are off I try hiring in lowering the AC fan control speed but it does not make a difference I bought the AC resistor located under the hood at the firewall and it solve the problem.......
