What is your question?
My car was stalling at stop signs and stuttering when driving. Initially it would start up. Then it would turn over but not start. Replaced fuel pump, started right up then did the same thing. Replaced fuel pump relay wouldn’t start. Replaced fuel filter started up but then stalled and would start. The check engine light isn’t on so I couldn’t get any codes. Checked the switch in the trunk. Help! What is next? I picked up an Idle Air Control Valve, do you think it will work? It seems to act up after a few miles. Also I’ve noticed that the temperature gauge drops from normal (less than half) all the way down no other indicator lights or gauge failures.

Stopping

This does not seem to be a fuel delivery issue. Have you had the fuel pressure checked? Seems like a lot of wasted time and resources if you haven't done that first. Sadly, diagnostics for a vehicle from the last 20+ years is not so much "trial and error", but really requires hands on testing with diagnostic equipment, where you can monitor data and see what isn't working properly -- components and concerns that won't set diagnostic trouble codes can still be failing. Consider this: if the engine's processor thinks the engine temperature is low, it will adjust fuel and air mixtures accordingly. Cold engines need less air and more fuel -- but a warm engine needs a better balance. No guessing. No theorizing. Diagnostic testing with proper equipment is needed.
