What is your question?

I cannot hear the noise,but my wife says it is a terrible shrill sound. I have to hit the off button to stop any air movement as long as she is in the TownCar. I need help,PLEASE!

This may be a bad blower motor. You'll want to have a repair shop verify this, because there may be other issues as well, it's hard to know without actually hearing it.
