I fill taping in my feet when turning an breaking

Hello - fellow Northern California Bay Area resident -- needing some clarification as to what is going on. Your initial question mentions a concern about turning and braking and feeling tapping in your feet. Then, I'm seeing 70 mph shaking for 3 seconds every 2 - 3 minutes. Is that second concern separate from the brake tapping concern? Share more descriptively what you are experiencing and I may be able to help.
