Any misfire concern should start with checking plugs and coil boots. Plugs should be replaced every 60,000 miles at least as a proactive measure, and the coil boots should be replaced at the same time. If you continue to have a misfire problem, a compression test would be a good idea, followed by a leak down test if there is cylinder variance. This will determine if you maybe have a cylinder head valve problem too.
