windshield fluid is full , but won't come out when I push in on the handle, all it does is makes a buzzing sound.

I would guess that you have a disconnected fluid line somewhere under the hood. The buzzing seems to be the washer motor being actuated by pressing the switch, meaning the pump is pumping. But if you have a washer line disconnected somewhere, the water will never make it to the jets at the windshield. Look for puddling possibly which could lead to seeing where the disconnect originates. Good luck!
it sounds like it lost its prime take off lid blow into tank making sure no air escapes have someone push washer control at the same time may take a few tries
