Problem with shift linkage.

What is your question?

I am having problems getting my shift to go into park. Therefore when I try to start it, I have to push really hard to get it into park or sometimes I can get it into neutral to start it. It does not happen all the time, but seem to be getting harder to get into park. Any suggestion on what I can do to solve this problem. Thank you
