First off how did you verify the freon was in fact full? If you used a diy tank they have a gauge that tells you the freon level. If the Freon level is full then you would want to check the condition of your serpentine belt. If your belt is worn out it might not be gripping the compressor pulley. If that is not the issue then the next suspect would be that your compressor is failing and you need to replace it. You can tell if the compressor is working by looking at the compressor pulley there will be a spinning metal plate when the AC is on. When the AC is off the metal plate will not spin. It is usually a better idea to replace the whole compressor instead of trying to replace whatever component has failed within the compressor.
