What is your question?
The driver's seat chair won't move back and forth. I hear the motor clicking, but the seat won't move. Is the chair broken, the motor, or both?

If the motor is still trying to turn, it's most likely that the assembly that allows for the motor to deliver its power is broken. Perhaps a gear, or some other part of the assembly. It's rare for electric motors to fail, but common for the mechanical pieces to fail.
It is a stripped gear on the assembly. You will need to replace the power track assembly. I just did BBS
