What is your question?
My check engine light is on and I have been told it could be a sensor or the manifold intake valve may need to be replaced. I would like to know the cost to repair the manifold intake valve and if you know of a reliable shop to do the work. Also, I need brakes soon. Is Just Brakes or NTB reliable ?

http://repairpal.com/lincoln-repair-in-atlanta-georgia That is a link to some local shops for you to try. Sounds like you need a qualified technician to help you diagnosie your Town Car. A "sensor" is pretty vague, and the manifold intake valve (??? Idle air control valve?) is not going to cause a check engine light typically. As far as brakes - again, check the directory link I posted here and find a local shop that you can entrust with your business.
