Fuel filter is located along the driver's side frame rail in line with the fuel line. You need a special release tool to release the fuel line from the filter. The fuel system needs to be depressurized first, and then the tool inserted to the quick disconnect to remove the filter. If you don't know enough about it, pay the $30 to have a local shop help you! It's worth every penny... And -- may I ask why you're trying to replace this part? Hopefully not to "solve" a problem...
