When replacing plugs and wires do you need to replace the coil packs

It is not required to replace coil packs on that particular vehicle. The coil packs that this vehicle was equipped with are normally designed to last the life of the vehicle. However, we recommend inspecting for visual cracks on the coil packs themselves, and replace if any are found, as that indicates that the coil pack has overheated in the past.
