The little wheel or nut that holds the transmission arm to linkage broke need to know how to take it off and replace it and what the part is called

Ok, The part that sticks out of the transmission is called the shift shaft, and the nut that holds the shifting linkage onto the shift shaft would just be a linkage retaining nut. The easiest way to identify hard to find parts is to visit the dealership or their website. Most manufacturers will put up diagrams of the assembly with all of the individual parts listed on the diagram. If it is just a mechanical component you could just buy the assembly used.
