Have you had your spark plugs replaced recently? If not, then it is probably a good time to replace your spark plugs and coil boots. You may end up needing to replace the #8 coil as well, but you can try the boot first. If you have had the plugs replaced recently, you may have not replaced the rubber coil boots, which will typically cause the plugs to arc due to dry rot and age of the boots -- leaking spark. Of course there are other potential causes of a P0308, but these are the most prevalent, to be sure.
