How high should it set off ground

I bounce on the car by hand ,then let go if it keeps bouncing more then 2 times ,replace..
My experience leads me to never just do one side. Do them both!....unless money really permits only one. Depending on where you live, pot holes and snow plowing patches out of pot holes etc.- tear up the passenger side first. A new single side replacement will more than likely just make the old side feel mushy and leave you with poor handling in steering or bounce type swaying in the rear. 3 Limos
So same thing applies to springs as the shocks then the shocks were ok?because front-end is the same as before how do you know which ones need replaced or do you do both at same time every time
If u drive down the road and hit a bump and the car keeps bouncing forever u need Springs like a boat going over waves ...
