Tonight the headlights wont come on low or high beams wont work.. the only way I had lights to drive home was by holding the switch back and keeping it held while i drove.. other wise if i let go i had no lights. Im thinking it it the switch if so how much does this cost to fix?

Yes, the switch is likely at fault, and possibly the connector and wiring that mounts to it. You are probably looking at $205 for the switch and labor, and probably another $100 or so for the wiring and labor.
I ordered the replacement switch assembly to be put in I had to buy the whole assembly does the wiring come with it or is that something different? I called a garage and they said they will put it in if I got the part... they didnt say anything about wiring...
The harness connector is almost always separate. It's a pigtail and hardshell connector. This is what needs to be replaced usually also. Try a local dealership for help, they usually stock it. It is typically not a part straight from Ford, though.
