What you have is a air door actuator (inside the heater housing) that is not directing the air flow to the a/c vents. Have a shop check it out ...it's not so easy to just DIY

What you have is a air door actuator (inside the heater housing) that is not directing the air flow to the a/c vents. Have a shop check it out ...it's not so easy to just DIY
