Headlights won't turn off

What is your question?

Headlights stay on, even with autolamp off and headlight switch turned off. I must disconnect the battery to keep form draining it since the headlights stay on indefinitely. What is causing the headlights to stay on all the time (headlight switch and autolamp seem to have no control).
