A/C starts and stops. Open and close driver side door, starts

What is your question?

A/C was working. Then it stopped. Opened and closed driver's side door and a/c worked. Two weeks doing this, now a/c is not working. Dash sez it's on but no air. No fan. Please advise. Thx

Hello, From the sound of it you may have a lose connector in your fuse box, or the relay for the blower motor is sticking. It would make sense in either case for the door opening and closing to provide enough vibration to make the needed contact to activate the blower motor. Check the fuse and relay for the lower motor.
