Hello, does your fuel gauge work properly, showing ample fuel? The Distance To Empty (DTE) calculation should be figured based on fuel detected in the tank and historical driving habits. If it's reading zero with the fuel gauge reading ample fuel, you could have a problem with the instrument cluster itself. If you also have a fuel gauge issue, that system will require troubleshooting, as the DTE measurement will be affected as well.
