Engine will not start after car ran out of gas and was filled up

I'm not a professional, so don't take my word for it, but honestly it sounds like your fuel pump and/or injector is garbage .. Have a shop close by run OBDII on it and see if they can't pull a code that gives you at least a good idea of what the problem is. I bring my pocket OBDII everywhere - it doesn't give you exact answers to your problems, but it at least gives you a good idea of where to start. Hope this helped :)
