Took the car to the shop to get battery and fuel pump replace. After all was done it will not start. Scan it and get code b2799. Have the key reprogram and still not working. Car have 36000mile.

Hello, it still sounds like a concern with an improper or improperly programmed key being used for your vehicle. If not, I suppose in rare occasions you could have additional issues with wiring or the related control module. Did you check for any blown fuses? Was the vehicle ever jump started -- was that tried when the battery was needed? A power surge could have caused issues.
