Hi, sounds like you'll need a professional evaluation of your vehicle to see what is happening and what needs to be done to make things better. I cannot suggest much from your statements - noisy could be caused by many things and could be from many areas - even just tires. Leaking fluid needs to be evaluated for the source of the leak - hands on visual analysis. And poor performance -- of what, engine power?
