2013 LX570 .. No sound coming from stereo (factory default Mark Levinson system). The system controls all appear to be working except the volume control--doesn't display a current volume (no sound is coming out ) and neither turning the volume dial nor adjusting the steering volume control causes anything to happen. my friend has the same car so i checked the rideo and the amp on it and both are working !!

Is there maybe some kind of auxiliary setting that is being used? For like a rear entertainment system or something of that nature? It seems like since it is not displaying a current volume that it's setting related. Perhaps drive by a local Lexus dealer to have one of their experts have a quick look -- they would certainly do that at no charge just to see if you need an actual diagnostic test or if you just have a setting issue.
I did went to a dealer and theyyl charge me 220$ for no result in fact.. they said that they want to take the dashboard off which will cost 1000$ and i refuse so they charge me 220$
If anyone can give me sound wiring digram ???
