What is your question?
The coolant is low. The car is low mileage, 34k. No leak, no overheating, no in car messages. Just i saw two small pink dots in under carriage, NOT under the car. What is this. Can it be just i fill it then its fine?
How long has your 2018 Lexus LS500 had this problem?

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. A pressure test of the cooling system should illuminate where any exterior leaks are occurring and originating from. That's the best first step at trying to troubleshoot this concern. Beyond that, ensure the cooling system is filled to the proper level. Continually monitor it for any fluctuation using the same conditions for measurement - meaning - cold engine, proper ground elevation and level. Coolant does not get "consumed" but air pockets may have been present at some point that have worked themselves out; I obviously do not know the 8 year history of this vehicle to know of any servicing or repairs. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
