Hello, with that kind of mileage, it's going to be a toss up either way. I will say that a Lexus probably has an "easier" repair path than a Volvo, but both can certainly become expensive. I would suggest a thorough analysis of maintenance and repair history using repair order invoice documents, as well as referring to CARFAX as a way of tracing the history of each vehicle.
