What is your question?
I was driving and the 3 lights came on, I ran codes and I have a p0420 code for the engine as well as many brake switch codes as well as codes for the ABS modulator assembly. Are these related? And what should I fix first?

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Not the dreaded catalytic converter code! The check engine light, ABS, and VSC lights coming on together often indicate a related issue. The P0420 could be a aproblem with your catalytic converter or related components, which can affect engine performance. The brake switch codes and ABS modulator assembly codes indicate issues with your braking system, possibly affecting ABS and stability control functions. Start by addressing the brake switch and ABS modulator issues because they're safety related. Once those are resolved, re-evaluate if the P0420 persists, as it will require further attention. Please note that in some cases, vehicles will turn off VSC and cruise control until the check engine light issue is addressed. If you have any other questions, please call us at 877-913-1554!
