I got engine light and vsc and transmission only shift up to 4 gear even if I do it manual

What is your question?

Started with code p0455 and now I have same engine light and track control light on and message check vsc and now I’m getting code p0328 knock sensor, before I find out that knock sensor problem car was only shifting to 4 gear, then I stop the engine and I started again and car was shifting good? I don’t know what’s going on!! 2006 is350 Lexus
