I purchased a certified used 08 ISF. It only had 26k miles. I have driven 10k miles in four months. Should I need to be replacing the rotors? Seems like very short mileage (35k) to have to be replacing rotors.

Usually you have the rotors resurfaced but the IS F comes with drilled rotors if I'm not mistaking, in which case they can't be resurface.That's probably why they want you to replace them. Personally I would hold on to next brake change to replace them especially if you don't drive it as much.
