There is a casing round the front brake, its loose and noisey, is it dangerous??

Looking through front wheels, there`s a casing round brake disc, its rattling and noisey, can i tighten it or is it a mechanics job. Is this dangerous to be driving with??

Any brake issue is a potential hazard while vehicle is being operated .. Hands-on inspection is required .. Highly recommend having qualified personnel check it out.
