Why would a fuse block need to be replaced at 6500 miles

What is your question?

Ran a carfax on a car we are interested in. Has 7500 miles on it. Two owners. Dealer took it back twice. At 6500 miles the fuse block was replaced. Should we be wary?

Yes! be very scared, it is Range Rover that has been through 2 owners in 7,500 miles. Electrical problems like that can be very expensive and frustrating
