That solenoid is under the side cover, alldata says it is anywhere from a 5 hour to a 10 hour job depending on which transmission you have. Not a job for a do it your selfer.

It could be low on Freon or if you have dual controls for temperature one of the control motors could be bad

NO, the rim is designed for a compact spare only. Check your local used auto parts facility to by a correct rim

Make sure you didn't accidentally press a valet button. That would lock you out. A lot of the time they are in the glove box or center console. Outside of that, you should have it looked at. There could be something obstructing the lid's ability to move or the latch's ability to release. Of course, there could be a mechanical or electrical issue. We would be happy to help you!
