Changed starter now wont even crank

What is your question?

Bought a v6 2002 freelancer changed out the old starter and now it wont even crank when asked to with the ignition key in the key cylinder. I checked the starter and wires by bypassing the battery terminal on the starter with the starter signal wire on the starter and in cranked the engine over. Also none of my relays under my hood are activating
