every time i turn on the blower when using the a/c or heat after about 15 minutes it burns the fuse. It literally burns one leg off of the fuse. Thank you for any help. I have put in a new blower motor already.

There is an over load in the A/C system, it could be the Compressor for the A/C. Here is an article about A/C System Diagnosis. You need to have someone Diagnose your Climate Control System which includes the A/C. https://repairpal.com/estimator/air-conditioning-diagnosis-cost
i don't think it is the a\c it just burns up the blower motor fuse and melts one leg off of it.
