Where is the junction point for the rear lights on a Kia Rio 5?

Both the tail light and reverse light on the passenger side will not work. Bulbs are good, but no voltage present. Seems like a broken wire. Turn signal and brake lights work on both sides. I'm just trying to find the junction point so I can start there and work my way towards the effected side.
