What is your question?
I bought a 2016 Kia Cadenza with 46000 miles at an auction place. The car is missing a front bumper FROM a light wreck. when I went to move it. I didn't make it 30ft as something felt off. Before I was able to apply the brake the car slammed down. It felt as if the car had been thrown into Reverse or like I did a brake check. the car does have a whining/winding noise on the driver side transmission area. The car is sluggish to move, like low transmission fluid. I'm wondering if it is transmission failure or is it due to sensors missing from the bumper. Hopeing anybody might know what this could be. Note that i didnt get passed 8 mph
What makes this problem better or worse?
Letting off gas

I'm sorry to say that you certainly take major risks when buying a car at "an auction place". Keep in mind that typically any Kia dealership would take a car like this if it was in known good condition, and pay a good price for it. Since it went to individual buyers like yourself, there is a greater likelihood that something isn't quite right. No guessing to be done - needs hands on diagnostic testing, and likely has a significant concern to resolve, unfortunately. No, I don't think you have anything related to the physical bumper itself causing your issues.
