hi, we just bought a 2016 renegade with a remote start.my wife hits the button twice and the car starts but when she opens the door the car turns off for some reason would you have any idea why this is thank you
How long has your 2016 Jeep Renegade had this problem?

Jeeps in general will stop the auto stop sequence if you open the door while it is starting and they also have a timer that it will shut off after about 10 minutes. Not sure if that helps or not.
