Heater malfunction

If you are putting the temp control all the way to cold and it's still hot then you may have an issue with the heating and ac control panel or a blend door motor/flap. You would need to start by scanning the system for trouble codes. I professional shop is best for this as most cheaper scanners or parts stores won't work with the hvac.
