cruise control acceleration

What is your question?

cruise on the jeep seems to be speeding up than will slow down to the desired speed. Taken the jeep to a jeep dealership and they have no idea what is causing this for there are no codes, but can clearly see there is a problem with the cruise being on.

What makes this problem better or worse?

better if i do not use it, but you do feel a bit of pullback.

How long has your 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee had this problem?
