Start stop unavailable

Hello, are you saying your start/stop says unavailable while your engine is still running? Then how do you shut it off? I guess on one hand I'm not understanding the concern. And then on the other hand, the only thing you can do is perform proper diagnostic testing with appropriate diagnostic equipment that is functional with your Jeep.
