2016 jeep grand Cherokee 3.6L Laredo turned off and wont start back up

What is your question?

yesterday my 2016 jeep grand Cherokee 3.6L Laredo turned off while in traffic and wouldn't start back up. once I got it to the side of the road I checked the battery voltage it stated 13.2 volts. After trying to start it a few more times no crank and I couldn't hear a click. any suggestions what I could try next? oh and today checked it again no changes same issue.
