Where is the exhaust camshaft position actuator bank 2 located

The code does not mean to suggest that the part has failed. Each actuator is located at the front of the camshaft. This is not a "do it yourself" job, and should be carried out by a trained technician, should one be found to be failed. You may want to check with your local dealership to see if there is any applicable warranty coverage that may be helpful should a part like this be found to be inoperative.
