Remote start starts then shuts off after about 5 or 10 seconds

What is your question?

My remote start ( factory installed) will start the vehicle but then shuts off after only a few seconds. Plenty of fuel in the tank. No check engine lights or anything like that. Recently replaced the batteries in the fob. Any suggestions
