Out of Network Autoshop Billing

Hello, each shop is independently owned and operated, and the RepairPal Certified program, to my knowledge, does not offer "price matching". You'll need to work with the Certified shop to find out what the discrepancy is. I can say that with such a massive difference there's more information to the stores there than is being shared freely -- meaning that we might be talking about different repair processes and expectations here and that is no way to compare pricing.
