First diagnose the slow crank. This could also be the starter but you can bring it to a local auto parts store for a free inspection. They can perform a load test that tests the starter draw as well. The low idle could be a few things like a throttle body issue, engine sensor failure, etc. This would normally set off a code though. Get the load test performed and go from there. Report back.
