2013 Gr. cherokee, had engine rebuild w/hellcat n Dyno tuned. Still can't drive

2013 gr Cherokee. Mechanic did a engine rebuild and installed a hellcat. Went to Jeep and had it Dyno tuned and I still can't drive it. It's leaking something from somewhere and smokes allot. I have driven it over 90 miles since the rebuild and it is not running right.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It's leaking oil somewhere
